Patches was surrendered to the Richmond Animal Rescue and currently weighs in at 40.3 pounds! Patches has been put on a special diet and exercise regimen to shed some extra weight. And the best news is that Patches has found a new, loving home, where they plan to get Patches down to a healthy weight.
