You may or may not know this, but a lot of things have trademarks. For example, you'll hear advertisers on radio discuss "the big game" instead of saying "Super Bowl" because "Super Bowl" is trademarked. Or you'll hear an ad for "collegiate basketball game finals" instead of saying "The Final Four". Because again...trademarks.
Well this is also spilling over into Halloween costumes. And frankly, it's hysterical. Think of Michael Meyers, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Wednesday Addams...and then think of how you'd "re-brand" them so that you weren't sued by the trademark holder. Guaranteed whatever you guessed was quite a bit better than what some of these companies came up with!
Let's take this "Bossy Salem Sister" for instance!
Or her "goofy" sister!
Or how about this "Aquahero" who does who-knows-what under the sea!
Or this "Juice Demon"! I mean...keep that cranberry juice hidden!
