On today's Podcast Doug & Jenn try to answer Noah's question...and surprise surprise...they don't really agree!
Noah wrote in on Facebook: "I’ve worked at my job for about two years and my boss has become a sort of mentor to me. He’s really helped boost my career and I’m extremely grateful, which is why I’m having trouble telling him about a bad habit of his: he’s a close talker. It doesn’t bother me so much. He reminds me of my grandfather and smells like Old Spice cologne and mouthwash, but my coworkers frequently talk about him invading their personal space and I’d prefer they saw him how I see him. How can I approach this problem delicately?"
