I meant to post this yesterday for you, but things - and life - got in the way...
Don't overdo it. In life. Go at your own pace. Too many times we're made to believe we have to go overboard, work non-stop, compete for this or that.
But do we really?
Overdoing it - only leads to stress, exhaustion and more... just like over seasoning steak. Too much of this or that - can ruin it.
Don't ruin your life. Don't overdo it. Just do you. Because at the end of the day, the only person you have to answer to... is you.
