This "invisible" house in London has gone viral, I'd say I'm surprised this hasn't happened sooner, but it did a good job at hiding itself because no one ever noticed it. One commenter on the Reddit post said they've lived in the same borough for 10 years and never noticed the house. If people did happen to notice it, they weren't sure if it was a business or a home. It's a house a family did move into the home in 2019, and they wish to remain anonymous.
Back in 2015 artist and architect Alex Hall redesigned the home, that features Giant reflective / mirrored panels. He said that the mirrors would make the house "talk with its environment." Reflected in it, you can see the trees from across the street and the sky, it blends right in. A person definitely want to think twice before checking their reflection because, it's a one way mirror, you can't see the occupants but then can see you. Check out this strange house.
What I wanna know is how do they find the front door?? Haha Thankfully, the back of the house kept its original charm, so they see an actual door. While this a cool trippy concept, I wonder if this poses a flying hazard for birds?
