100 Year: The Movie You Will Never See... It was filmed in 2015, but won't be released until 2115. We have no idea what it is actual about other than the creators of this film, Director Robert Rodriguez and writer/actor John Malkovich, tried to imagine what the future will look like in 100 years. Why 100 years? I'm not sure, but they did partner with Louis XIII Cognac, and that's how long it takes to age a bottle of that to perfection.
This is the ultimate teaser, I wonder if due to future advances in science, that some of us will be around to see this in 93 more years. They are saying people could be expected to live until they are 130-150 years old in the future. Maybe my ghost will be around to see it, lol.
Based on the three teaser trailers, yes three, they have imagined different realities for the future; a high-tech society, a dystopian semi-collapsed civilization and a retro future, sort of like how the imagined the future in the 40s and 50s. Check out the trailers below.
