Friday night before work, Kohl and I did some star gazing! It was the last night for the peak of The Perseid's meteor shower. I was looking all over the sky and saw a medium size meteor, it looked about the same size as a pen tip from all the way down here. It was a white color with a blue tint, I got so excited, at least I saw one. Then I turn around to look at another part of the sky, and it was just in time; I saw a huge orange meteor! I wish I could have gotten a picture, but it looked about as big a marker tip. It was so cool! I was also able to see Jupiter and Saturn in the sky; they looked like big bright stars.
Saturday I took The Bailey's Beast down to Ninigret Park in Charlestown. We were down there to support the 4th Annual Maddie Potts Fitness Challenge.
I had a date on Sunday and went on another hike to Steere Hill and Heritage Park Loop in Chepachet. It was absolutely beautiful!
My date ended late afternoon, so I went for a drive and ended up making my way to the tallest point in Rhode Island, Jerimoth Hill. I was so cool, I was definitely picking up on good energy there.
