Our bodies work so hard for us every day, and we have to make sure we are taking care of them. According to a new survey the most stressed parts of our bodies are our eyes, head, and shoulders, I don't know about you, but I can total relate to that. Between working in front of a computer all day, being stressed, I get a lot of tension in my shoulders. I love doing at home yoga, and you can even do some of these videos in a chair at the office too. It's good to check in with your body during the day, for example, I was slouching while writing this and sat up straight when I noticed.
