It's mental health awareness month and one of my favorite ways to deal with my anxiety and depression is yoga. And I don't know about you but when I am stressed or anxious I get a lot of tension in my neck and my shoulders. My favorite yoga instructor on YouTube yoga with Adrian she has a couple great videos for dealing with neck and shoulder pain. One of them you can do just sitting in a chair, which is perfect if you're in the office, and I know some of us are starting to go back. On that note, thought I'd share these helpful videos with you.
