Enjoy The Providence Rain Harvest Arts Festival on Saturday, October 15th

The Providence Stormwater Innovation Center is the result of a partnership between the City of Providence Parks Department, Audubon Society of Rhode Island, The Nature Conservancy, and others to help improve urban water quality.  

They’re having fun, free event called the Rain Harvest Arts Festival on October 15th from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. (The rain date is Sunday, October 16) at Roger Williams Park at the Boathouse Lawn (across the street from the Carousel area.) 

The Rain Harvest Arts Festival is a free community celebration of water, science, and art, highlighting the green infrastructure in Roger Williams Park.

Kristin chatted about the festival with Rebecca Reeves, the Stormwater Education and Outreach Coordinator at the Providence Stormwater Innovation Center (PSIC)/Audubon Society of Rhode Island and José Ramirez, Roger William Park Conservancy’s Program Manager.
