Get ready for “Back to the Future” the musical! It’s coming to Broadway! Believe it or not it was a big hit as a West End musical, in fact “Back to the Future” was awarded the prize for Best New Musical at the 2022 Olivier Awards in London. So now the production will be staged on Broadway starting in 2023.
The show’s producers tweeted a teaser that reads “Synchronize Your Watches – The Future’s coming to Broadway in 2023!”
Now word yet who will be cast in the famous roles played by Michael J. Fox and Christopher Lloyd, but the West End version stars Olly Dobson as Marty McFly and Roger Bart plays the role of Emmett “Doc” Brown.
