Toddler Orders $2000 Worth of Stuff With Parents' Smartphone!

There’s an expensive lesson here, and it’s don’t let your toddler play with your smartphone.

A family in New Jersey started receiving lots of packages at their house and couldn’t figure out why. When they did a little investigating, they discovered that their toddler had done some online shopping without their knowledge!

Ayaansh Kumar said his 22 month old child likes to play with his smart phone and other electronic devices, and when the kid started pushing buttons on the phone, he accidentally purchased almost $2000 worth of stuff from Walmart’s website! The family had several items, including furniture, in the online shopping cart, and apparently the baby clicked all the right buttons and ordered the items.

Packages are still arriving at the house, and Walmart says if the family returns the unwanted items, they will issue refunds. The Kumar family says they will make sure to add passcodes to their phones and are removing their credit card information.
