McDonald's around the world sometimes sell weird items. For example in Japan they offer the Filet-O Shrimp Burger. There are McNoodle bowls in Austria, and the McNürnburger in Germany...a sandwich with 3 large bratwurst.
Reportedly a new crushed Oreo topped Spam burger will sell in China! Analyst Daniel Ahmed Tweeted a photo of the nasty looking sandwich, and said starting today there will be only 400 thousand of these abominations available. The burger has two slices of SPAM, topped with crumbled Oreos and a creamy sauce. Mmmmm.
So far McDonald's hasn't confirmed that this ad is true, however this isn't the first time Mickey D's has put Oreos where they don't belong. Columbia has a Pineapple Oreo McFlurry!
