Everyone who owns cats knows they all LOVE boxes. No matter what the size or shape of box, your cat will climb into it. Above is a picture of my cat Mickey in a shoe box. Looks comfy doesn't he? Well a woman in Nova Scotia was packing up a box and didn't realize the family cat Baloo had climbed inside! Jacqueline Lake mailed the box via the shipping company Purolator to a friend in Calgary. Soon after she realized her cat was missing. She looked for Baloo for 4 days, then received a call from Montreal from a Purolator employee, who said one of their drivers found the cat. The Montreal SPCA retrieved the cat and volunteers drove him home! Baloo made a 1500 mile trip, but is now home safe and sound!
