Taylor Swift's house is now an historic city landmark. Her 1934 Beverly Hills home once belonged to legendary Hollywood studio boss Samuel Goldwyn, and this week the city council granted Taylor’s request to have it declared an historic landmark. Samuel Goldwyn Jr. died in 2015, and the house went on the market for $39 million. Swift was able to snag it for the bargain price of $25 million. The home is 11 thousand square feet and features six bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library, a theater, and a tennis court. Kinda makes her home here in Watch Hill, Rhode Island look like a little seaside cottage!
