Breeze Airways employees are demanding the airline agree to collective bargaining.
With contract talks stalled, more than a dozen pilots picketed outside Rhode Island T.F. Green International Airport.
The Airline Pilots Association which represents Breeze employees said its members want more defined work roles and retirement contributions similar to other airlines.
It is unclear when negotiations will take place.
