Harvard is seeking the dismissal of a lawsuit brought against the university by the Trump administration.
The Trump administration sued Harvard earlier this year over allegations it had not done enough to combat antisemitism on campus.
Harvard's lawyers rejected the government's complaint in a 49-page motion and said it relied on "a snapshot in time that does not exist today" before listing steps Harvard has undergone to ward off antisemitism.
The DOJ's lawsuit was filed almost one year after Harvard sued the government for freezing federal aid to the university.
