RI 25 Announces Schedule For Declaration Of Independence Viewings

Secretary of State Gregg Amore and the Rhode Island 250 Commission have announced the schedule of in-person Declaration of Independence viewings throughout the state.

Amore says as one of the original 13 colonies, Rhode Island is fortunate to have three copies of the Declaration of Independence and one of them will be on display in several locations between June 3rd and July 12th.

The Fourth of July viewing at the Rhode Island State House will feature all three copies of the Declaration of Independence as part of the RI250 Independence Day event.

The complete list of viewing dates and locations can be found at sos.ri.gov.
