Demonstrators are calling on Citizens Bank to stop financing ICE detention facilities.
Protesters gathered outside of the bank's headquarters in Providence Thursday morning, where a shareholders meeting was taking place.
Hundreds turned out for the protest organized by the De-ICE Citizens Bank Coalition.
Representative David Morales spoke at the rally saying the bank can say it values and cares about the community it serves and lends to - but as long as there is financing going to the terrors of ICE it cannot claim to care about communities.
