Residents Support Jewish Community Following Antisemitic Graffiti

Residents in East Greenwich gathered Sunday to support the Jewish community following the discovery of antisemitic graffiti at three Rhode Island schools.

The graffiti was discovered in Hanaford Elementary School, Cole Middle School and East Greenwich High School.

The Rabbi Ari Saks says hatred has no place in schools which are meant to be sanctuaries of learning, curiosity and growth.

East Greenwich Jewish leaders will partner with the Jewish Alliance of Greater Providence to provide resources for handling antisemitism in the community.

So far there have been no arrests.
