BBB Urges Fans To Watch For Scams As Super Bowl 60 Nears

Patriots fans are spending thousands on tickets and travel for Super Bowl 60, and scammers will be rushing to cash in.

Better Business Bureau spokesman Steve McFarland says one of the biggest mistakes fans make is trusting sellers they find on social media or classified sites.

The BBB is urging football fans to slow down and avoid deals that sound too good to be true.

Never pay with gift cards, cash, or wire transfers, and double-check website spellings and security.

Also be aware that AI can now create fake tickets that look real.
