Rhode Island Congressional Members Vote For Release Of Epstein Files

Members of Rhode Island's Congressional delegation have issued statements following their votes in favor of releasing the Epstein Files.

Congressman Gabe Amo says for too long, Epstein's heinous crimes against countless innocent survivors have been kept hidden by powerful men.

He says make no mistake, Epstein said Trump "knew about the girls."

Amo says Trump's coverup is not an accident, but a "willful scheme to keep his involvement with a convicted pedophile and human trafficker secret."

Senator Sheldon Whitehouse says after all of the Trump administration fuss, pressure and lying about the Epstein Files, the vote to release them just slid through the Senate by unanimous consent - talk about a whimper.
