Rhode Island Congressman Speaks On Comey Arraignment

Rhode Island Congressman Gabe Amo is reacting to the arraignment of former FBI director James Comey.

Amo says he's concerned that the charges against Comey were only filed because of President Trump's "vengeance and retribution agenda."

Comey appeared in a Virginia, courtroom Wednesday after formally pleading not guilty to charges related to his 2020 congressional testimony.

He's accused of lying to the Senate Judiciary Committee about leaking information from the FBI's Trump-Russia investigation that began in 2016.

Congressman Amo says the U.S. can't have a president who is going after his enemies systematically in an effort to even the score.
