A school bus driver has received traffic citations after a deadly pedestrian crash.
Jose Rocha Rivera has been issued summons for violating right of way in crosswalks, due care by driver, and failing to yield right of way while turning left.
The accident happened early last Thursday morning on Union Avenue at the Route 10 North on-ramp.
Police say Lucas Garcia was in the crosswalk when he was struck by the bus.
No children were on the bus at the time of the crash.
