A Rhode Island deputy sheriff is accused of trying to record video of a woman in a bathroom on the campus of Johnson and Wales University.
Jeffrey Cahoon is facing a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct for the alleged incident at the Starbucks on Chestnut Street on September 15th.
Cahoon pleaded not guilty during his initial court appearance and was released on one-thousand-dollars personal recognizance.
He also received a no-trespass order for the Starbucks where the alleged incident happened. Cahoon's next court date is set for October 8th.
