Rhode Island Governor Dan McKee joined Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont in New London for a press conference on the restarting of the Revolution Wind project.
The Tuesday meeting followed a federal judge's ruling against the Trump administration's stop-work order.
Governor McKee says Revolution Wind is back on track and that's a big win for Rhode Island and Connecticut.
He says workers are returning to the job and both states are continuing the progress toward lowering long-term energy costs for families and businesses.
About 150 thousand homes will be services by the project.
Construction resumes today.
