A Massachusetts man is under arrest after he allegedly recorded women at the Lincoln Mall Target.
Police say Joseph Archambault of Millville is charged with video voyeurism for the September 15th incidents.
Investigators say Archambault is accused of using his phone to secretly record the women without their knowledge or consent as they shopped.
Police say there is surveillance video corroborating the allegations.
Anyone who thinks they may have been recorded at the Target is asked to call police.
