Jamestown Police say there are no signs of foul play regarding a body washed ashore near Heads Beach earlier this month.
Police were called to the scene on the morning of August 10th after a swimmer spotted the body.
Investigators say the body appears to be that of a man between 60 and 70-years-old and at this point, nothing appears to be suspicious.
The man's identity and cause of death have not been released.
