RI Heat Advisory Remains In Effect Until 7 P.M.

Rhode Island remains under a heat advisory until 7:00 this evening.

High heat and humidity are expected to create a Heat Index that could make temperatures feel like 100-degrees.

The public is reminded to drink plenty of fluids, stay in the air conditioning if possible and check on relatives and neighbors.

Splash Pads will be open til 7 tonight.
