The Burrillville man accused of pointing a gun at a police officer did not enter a plea during his court appearance on Tuesday.
Nicholas Smith faces charges that include assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm while intoxicated, and his bail remains set at ten thousand dollars.
Police have released police body camera video of the July 3rd incident on Tarkiln Road.
Smith's next court date is set for October 1st.
