The records of former patients of Anchor Medical Associates are available from Arches Medical Partners.
People can request their records and if they choose, make an appointment at any of Arches' Rhode Island locations.
After 25 years, Anchor Medical went out of business Monday, leaving about 25-thousand Rhode Islanders scrambling to find new primary care providers.
