The Celtics closed out the regular season with a 93-86 win over the Hornets in Boston.
Payton Pritchard led all scorers with 34 points for the Cs, who finished as the second seed in the Eastern Conference and will face either the Orlando Magic or Atlanta Hawks in the first round of the playoffs.
Jusuf Nurkic and Josh Okogie tied for a team-high in scoring with 14 points apiece for Charlotte, which finished with the third-worst record in the NBA at 19-and-63.
