Mask Up RI

StyleWeek Northeast, Rhode Island Commerce and the Providence Warwick Convention & Visitors Bureau (PWCVB) are teaming up for a social media initiative that encourages Rhode Islanders to both make and wear face masks. The movement, called Mask Up RI, is being conducted on both Instagram (@mask_up_ri) and Twitter (@mask_ri). It focuses on non-medical grade masks and face coverings, as medical grade equipment should be used solely by health care workers. Learn More Here

Amos House

Amos House has increased certain programs during this time of crisis. Our shelters have moved to a 24 hour model, we have extended our Winter Emergency Shelter to continue providing emergency housing for the foreseeable future, and we have transitioned our meal delivery to “to-go” boxes and have added an evening meal. We are currently serving more than 14,000 meals a month and providing housing for approximately 250 people daily. Any donation made to Amos House helps up continue to support our most vulnerable neighbors. Donate today at

Tomorrow Fund

NOTHING creates a pause when it comes to Cancer, not even a pandemic. The world has drastically changed and everything we’ve once known has come to a standstill…but not Cancer. It has not stopped like the rest of the world; it is progressive, ever changing and our Tomorrow Fund families are in need now more than ever. Our mission provides the upmost support both financially and emotionally even through these unprecedented times. In addition to the challenges we are all facing, this pandemic has added additional stress and worry for Tomorrow Fund families. Due to Covid-19 only one parent is allowed to be with their child for treatments, procedures and hospital stays. That means the other parent cannot be by their child’s side, holding their hand and comforting them while getting transfusions, blood work, and other procedures. Help support the Tomorrow Fund Here.
