Don't Get Backed-Up This Holiday Weekend

Nobody wants to be backed up when they're on vacation, whether that's traffic or going to the bathroom. I have got some tips from this pelvic physical therapist, to help keep things moving along while you're on vacation, or just in general.

Some people can become backed up for many reasons; a disturbance of the internal clock or circadian rhythm, dehydration, lack of fiber, stress or some combination. This is especially poopy, pardon the pun, when you're on vacation.

Oriana has got some great simple techniques for you to try to get things moving along down there, so you can keep moving and grooving, without all that discomfort. She recommends trying the scooping technique, the ILU tummy rub, or simple belly compressions accompanied by deep breathing.
